I wanted to take a moment to make a quick post regarding the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. While the credit ended for most of us on April 30th, members of the military were given a welcome surprise. If you are a military member then you can receive the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit through April 30th of 2011! That gives you almost an entire year to find the home of your dreams and still get the tax credit of up to $8000.
